Answer: Hi Michael and thanks for your question.
You really do not need much modification at all, in order to use the 100 day plan for a 50k. The ONLY thing I would do is to increase the length of some of the longer runs, the hard runs are already hard + long enough as they are. So you may want to add 30-45 minutes to some of the longer work (the 2+ hour easy stuff), but that's it !
