Half Marathon

Adjusting the 100 day plan for the half :

Can you explain briefly how to best use your plan for 1/2 Marathon.
I ran 1/2 marathon as a first timer this year at 1.47 at age 50.
Would like to run it again and aiming for 1.30.
I have 11 months to go.

I've touched on that in this answer, that pretty much gives you an idea of how to ajust it :!

100 day plan for the marathon

So basically, you want to use some sessions from the 5k/10k period as a substitute for the very long marathon sesssions in the marathon specific weeks and you'll be ready to go:)
