How many sessions per day?

Concerning the sessions :

I understand that there is a certain number of sessions per week but it's not clear to me if for each week I have to do all the sessions every day/run or one session per day?

Answer: The runs planned in the 100 day plan are pr week. So if 4 sessions are placed under that week, it means 4 sessions that week on 4 different days, and 3 days with no running.
However, if you are already fit and want to, you can add some more of the easy runs in there on those rest days - but do keep the hard runs as planned.
