Long walk/run during sessions 1 & 2

Adjusting the weekly schedule :
"Hello Marius,
Because of my Monday through Friday work schedule, I plan to run session 1 on Tuesday; session 2 on Thursday; and Session 3 on Saturday. I noticed that there are several long walk/runs scheduled for session 1 & session 2, when I am at work. Can the schedule be adjusted such that the long walk/runs are on session 3 (Saturday), and still be effective?

Answer: Hi Michael and thanks for your question.
The 100 day marathon plan sessions within a week are 100 % flexible to be mixed around, so you can certainly do it this way. The only thing to be aware of is to try and avoid doing two days is a row with "hard" workouts (meaning Effort 3 and above) Other than that, no problem at all :)
